Description: The citizen applies at the Directorate of Administration, respectively Local Community Sector. The application is submitted verbally, the municipal officer is told what type of certificate is needed and he then fills out the certificate form and in a few minutes the applicant receives the certificate. The certificate is issued free of charge.
