Sanitary Approval

Purpose: The purpose of this procedure is to ensure sanitation conditions are observed for buildings under construction.

Description: The applicant (business) files the request to acquire the sanitary approval at the Department of Municipal Inspectorate, respectively Sanitary Sector. Sanitation approval is issued to the applicant (business) if the sanitation conditions are met based on the envisaged requirements.

  • Application (Copy)
  • Draft sketches of the facility (Verified copy)
  • Ownership Certificate (Original)
  • Business Certificate (if the applicant is a business) (Copy)
  • If the building is rented, copies of the landlord and tenant ID cards (Copy)
