Purpose: The aim of this procedure is to transfer the ownership from the previous owner and register it under the new owner - the beneficiary of the property, and its registration in the Registry of Immovable Property Rights based on Legal settlement - Legal agreement.
Description: The applicant receives the form to be filled out at the Center for Services to Citizens, then returns the filled out form with all the required documents to the Center for Services to Citizens and this authority issues to the applicant proof (proof of the received request) and then the case is submitted to the Directorate for Cadastre, which within the legal time limit will issue, after the verification of documents, an act (decision) for the registration of the property, and later the applicants will be notified of the administrative acts via the Center for Services to Citizens. Then the same may apply for a certificate of ownership
