Description: The citizen submits the application to the Directorate of Administration, respectively Local Community Sector to acquire a vehicle registration certificate. The application is submitted verbally, the municipal officer is told what type of certificate is needed and he then fills out the certificate form and in a few minutes the applicant receives the certificate. The certificate is acquired for the registration of the vehicle and it proves the applicant's residence. No fee is paid for this document.
