Access to documents

Cilj: Equipping citizens and institutions with material proof for conducting various administrative and judicial procedures.

Opis: The applicant submits the request for material evidences to the archive of the Directorate of Finances and Property. The request is reviewed by the Directorate of Finance and Property - responsible officer of the archive. Once the documents are validated by the archive officer, the notification is drafted together with the documents required for the validation, and the same is serviced to the applicant by mail.
