Cilj: The purpose of the procedure is ensuring that legal conditions have been met for registration of the property on behalf of the new owner in the Registry of Immovable Property
Opis: The applicant receives the form to be completed at the Center for Services to Citizens. The completed form along with all required documents must be sent to the Center for Services to Citizens (CSC), and this authority issues to the applicant a proof (proof of the received request) and then the case is submitted to the Directorate for Cadastre, which within the legal time limit will issue, after the verification of documents, an act (decision) for registration of the property, and later the applicants will be notified of the administrative act via Center for Services to Citizens.
